" The job of an educator is to teach students to see the vitality in themselves "
- Joseph Campbell

Humans are naturally creative, musical and artistic

A baby in the womb lives to the rhythm of its mother’s heartbeat. It hears and feels the sound and emotion of its mother’s voice. When a baby is born, it creates its first sound with its first instrument – the voice.

We at BSM ‘Abhivyakti’ unleash the freedom of expression in a healthy way so that it leads the child’s brain towards creativity and better adjustment in society.

By communicating freely with the voice, face, and body, children learn to express ideas with confidence, empathize with others from different cultures and backgrounds, and feel at home in their own skin. Song, music, and dance can help children become more imaginative, self-aware and collaborative global citizens.

‘Mudra’(Dance club)

“Dance to Express, Not to Impress“

‘Anhad’ (Music club)

Music is in the air! We will explore the world of music. We will look and listen to the different genres of music. We will discuss how music is made and share some of our own passion for music with others.

‘Nepathya’ (Drama club)

Students will learn the basics of stagecraft, self-discipline, the importance of hard work, creativity and imaginative play, listening and observation skills, and most importantly self-confidence. This club will work on scene exercises and create scripts for acting. The hope is that students will enjoy the rewards that come with working together to achieve a common goal.

‘Sushilp’ (Arts & crafts club)

Art & craft just fit in together. They are a different process, of course, but hold the same meaning: creation. Art involves an unstructured activity where children can explore and create anything with their imaginations; however, craft involves a structured activity where children create something keeping their goal in mind.
